This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Our current application is Turboscribe, available on iOS and Android. This policy applies to Turboscribe and any other applications we may release under the Appdock LLC name.

Definitions

We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting us for support. We do not offer third-party login (e.g., Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple), and we do not collect location data.

Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Service. It may include:

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Turboscribe offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. All purchases and subscription billing are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.

Appdock LLC does not directly collect, store, or process your payment card information. All financial transactions are handled by Apple or Google under their respective terms and privacy policies:

We receive limited transaction data (such as subscription status and purchase confirmation) from these platforms to manage your account access.

7. Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Specifically:

• Account information: Retained for the duration of your relationship with us, and for up to 24 months after account closure.
• Support data: Retained for up to 24 months after a support interaction is resolved.
• Usage and server logs: Retained for up to 24 months.

We may retain data for a longer period where required by law, to enforce our legal rights, to defend against legal claims, or where deletion is constrained by our backup schedules. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize your data.
